U.S. Shipping Rates & Conditions

Shipping is to be paid by the customer and must be included with your payment. We usually ship via UPS through shipyourreptiles.com, but other shipping methods are available.

The cost of shipping usually averages between $45 - $60 (US). In most cases we ask for a flat rate of $50 just to keep things simple. Shipping will be done in a personal, case by case manner. We'll work with you and the weather to insure that you receive your gecko(s) in top condition and that you have as "stress free" an experience as possible. Of course, certain things are out of our hands, but we are committed to customer service.

We guarantee to provide you with a top quality, healthy leopard gecko. Our goal is that you are pleasantly surprised upon receiving your new addition. If you're not, we want to make it right! We will do what ever necessary to make you feel comfortable with your purchase (within limits!). We want all our gecko sales to be pleasant, enjoyable experiences...these beautiful geckos deserve nothing less! PLEASE, contact us within 24 hours if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.


FAQ's (frequently asked questions)

Q: Once I pay for gecko, how long will it take to arrive?

A: Once payment is received we will work with your schedule to choose the best arrival date for your new purchase. U.S. purchases are shipping overnight and you should receive your new gecko by noon (give or take a few hours). We'll provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your geckos trip.

Q: What happens to the geckos during shipping?

A: We ship through Fed Ex or UPS "overnight".  We prefer to pack the gecko(s) in their box around 5pm on the day of shipping and they are usually picked up around 6 - 7pm to begin their journey. From there they spend the night in transit and should arrive safely at your door by 11 AM that next morning (give or take a few hours).  They are usually in the box for about 18 hours.  Your geckos will probably be cool to the touch and extremely stressed out when they arrive. We recommend that you move them into their new environment with great care and give them time to adjust before handling. If your new gecko feels cool to the touch, please allow them to warm slowly.

Q: Do you take "payment plans" for geckos?

A: In certain cases we are open to payment plans for geckos. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Q: Do you offer discounts when "multiple" geckos are purchase in one order?

A: Yes, we usually offer a discount on the purchase of multiple geckos (pairs, trios, etc...), but it really depends on the geckos being sold.

Q: What are your geckos used to eating?

A: Our geckos are fed a staple of crickets (gut loaded). We occasionally feed mealworms for variety.

Payments

We accept credit card payments through Paypal.

Pay securely with your credit card through paypal's web site. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT in order to pay by credit card. Click on the logo below to open the payment page (look to the bottom left corner to pay without a paypal account via credit card).

All other forms of payment (cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks, e-checks) are accepted, once they clear the bank. Also, orders must be paid in full before shipping - no exceptions. Please make checks/money orders payable to:
