SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is to be paid by the customer and must be included with your payment. We ship via UPS or FedEx for a flat rate of $50 (US). Shipping will be done in a personal, case by case manner. We'll work with you and the weather to insure that you receive your gecko(s) in top condition and that you have as "stress free" an experience as possible. Of course, certain things are out of our hands, but we are committed to customer service.

We guarantee to provide you with a top quality, healthy leopard gecko. Our desire is that you are pleasantly surprised upon receiving your new addition. If you're not, we want to make it right! We will do what ever necessary to make you feel comfortable with your purchase (within limits!). We want all our gecko sales to be pleasant, enjoyable experiences...these beautiful geckos deserve nothing less! FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Q: Once I pay for gecko, how long will it take to arrive?

A: In most cases shipping takes only one day.  We usually ship Fed Ex or UPS "overnight".  We prefer to pack the gecko(s) in their box around 5pm on the day of shipping and they are usually picked up around 6 - 7pm. From there they spend the night in transit and should arrive at your door by 11 that next morning.  They are usually in the box for about 18 hours.  Payment must be received in full prior to shipping. Once payment is received we will work with your schedule to choose the best arrival date for your new purchase. Also, keep in mind that your method of payment will also determine when we are able to ship. "Paypal" or credit card payments usually go through immediately and we could ship the day of payment or the following day (as long as it wasn't a Friday...in that case the earliest we could ship would be the following Monday).  Other forms of payment (money order, cashiers check, e-checks) would have to clear prior to shipping...which could take several days.

Q: Do you take "payment plans" for geckos?

A: In certain cases we are open to payment plans for geckos. This will be determined on a case by case basis. But, we know from personal experience that it is always better to pay in full...lol! It's no fun "owing" money on something you already posses...and as a general rule, don't let your eyes & excitement over-rule your $$ pocket book $$ !

Q: Do you offer discounts when "multiple" geckos are purchase in one order?

A: Yes, we usually offer a small discount on the purchase of multiple geckos (pairs, trios, etc...).

Q: What are your geckos used to eatting?

A: Our geckos are fed a staple of regular mealworms (gutloaded). Once a gecko reaches 10 grams we begin offering crickets at about every 3rd or 4th feeding, just for some variety. A few of our geckos just do better with crickets, so we cut out mealworms for those few...but, most of our geckos are feed primarily mealworms and occasional crickets.
